| What would you tell another student who asked you to describe this course? | |
| I would tell him that you learn how to use the internet, your computer and about economics. It's great and a small class. | There seems to be some difference of opinion here. Somehow this semester was less economics than the last time that I taught the class. Computer difficulties combined with the dissapearance of two of the three online books may have made this appear to be more computer than economics. We did concentrate on economics in the latter half. |
| take it, fair and good computer skills | |
| Use of computers is essential, challenges your skills in the area of technology | |
| Interesting, not too hard, practical, frustrating. | |
| That it is definitely more of a computing course than an economics one, in which we learned how to use a lot of helpful programs (Excel, WS_FTP, SnapIt, PowerPoint). I might recommend taking reagular Intro to Macro if they are thinking about taking higher level economics courses and already know how to use these programs. | |
| Its easy | |
| NA | |
| Make sure that it is better organized than it was this semester. | |
| Take regular Macro with Parks. If you want to learn about computers take a different class!! | |
| If you know something about computers it is a wonderful way to combine two completely different subjects. | |
| computer skill work great, teacher funny, sometimes sidetracks, economics not major focus | |
